Microwave Scalloped Potatoes

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced 1/8 inch thick
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped

Combine milk and soup in a microwave safe 2-quart casserole

Stir in remaining ingredients

Cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes

Stir and microwave another 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Serves 8
